First and foremost, Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Macroverse Authentic Editions! 💕 Considering we’re all here celebrating Archie, Betty, Veronica, and the ultimate love triangle, it only feels right to send you a little love today.
We hope your day is filled with joy (and maybe a few classic comics), and we wanted to check in with a quick update as we keep moving forward on this incredible project you helped bring to life.
Late Pledges Are Now Closed
Thank you again for making this campaign such a success! With late pledges officially closed, we’re now locking everything in and moving into the next steps.
Surveys Coming Soon!
We’re in the final stages of preparing the backer surveys—it always takes a bit longer than we expect, but we’re nearly there!

📚A few days ago we told you got the final wave of Archie books in for processing including Pep 22!! 🤩
As we said, processing has started, but we had to share a couple of pics. And yes, the boxes underneath are filled with Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead et al goodies as well.
And a little something from earlier Pep runs...
🚨We're closing late pledges tomorrow, and planning on getting Surveys to everyone late next week.

🔨Production Is Underway—And PEP #22 Has Been Freed!😱
Hey Archie Backers!
We just wanted to drop in with a quick update as we move full steam ahead into production on all the Archie Authentic Editions books. Things are progressing right on track, and we can’t wait to get these incredible collections into your hands!
🚨 Late Pledges Are Closing Soon! 🚨
If you know anyone who still wants to jump in and grab these exclusive editions, now’s the time! Late pledges are open for just a little while longer before we lock everything in and move into the next stages of production and fulfillment.
😳The Thrill (and Terror) of PEP #22!😱
As part of the process, we’ve just completed the initial stage of processing the pages from PEP Comics #22—a HUGE milestone, considering this is one of the most valuable and historically significant books in the collection.
Taking these ultra-rare books out of their CGC cases to scan them is always an exhilarating (and slightly terrifying) experience—but it’s worth every nerve-wracking second because it allows us to preserve and restore these classics properly for print.
The Authentic Editions restoration process is already underway, and we’re working carefully to ensure every page is as faithful as possible to the original Golden Age magic!
🚀Looking Ahead to 2025!
With production in motion, we’ll be providing regular updates on our progress, fulfillment timelines, and all the behind-the-scenes work going into bringing these editions to life. 2025 is going to be BIG, and we can’t wait to share everything that’s in store!

Dear Backers,
We just posted an update that was meant for the Pre-Code Horror backers to the Archie Gang... apologies! 😳
We still have yet to close the Late Pledge period on Archie, after which we will be collecting Surveys - ie shipping information - before proceeding with the processing and printing... So there's still lots of time left! This was just a little peek ahead at the process...
We will have more info and sneak peeks coming soon... this one was just accidental.

That last email went to our Archie backers, whereas it should have gone to the Pre-Code Horror gang...
We will be closing late pledges on Archie soon, and then will be sending Surveys and more in short order thereafter.
